Bodegas Osborne
Osborne's history dates back to the end of the 18th century when a young English merchant, Thomas Osborne Mann, came to the Cádiz region to sell wines from this region. He soon began to do business in el Puerto de Santa María, and there he acquired various local wineries, which he later assembled under one joint trade brand OSBORNE. The long and successful history of the brand, which is almost 250 years old, has made Osborne now a great business group enjoying international fame and recognition. For more than half a century Osborne's trademark has been a bull. His image proudly appears not only on Osborne labels but also in many places in Spain. For 60 years, more than 200 metal bulls (over 14 meters high) have become a permanent part of Spain's landscape, which are now true icons of Andalusia.
